📋 Ingredients for Chicken Pasta:

2 cups macaroni (boiled)

150g chicken mince

1 small onion (finely chopped)

2 small tomatoes (chopped)

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

3-4 green chilies (slit or chopped)

Juice of half a lemon

Fresh coriander or mint (chopped)

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp tomato paste

Salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, chili flakes – to taste

1 tbsp oil

Water – as needed

Optional: Cream or cheese for extra richness

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
