📋 Ingredients for Chicken Pasta:

  • 2 cups macaroni (boiled)

  • 150g chicken mince

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 2 small tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 3-4 green chilies (slit or chopped)

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Fresh coriander or mint (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, chili flakes – to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Water – as needed

  • Optional: Cream or cheese for extra richness

🍳 Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden.

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.

  3. Add chicken mince and cook until it turns white and begins to brown.

  4. Stir in the tomatoes, green chilies, and all the dry spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate.

  5. Add tomato paste and ketchup, mix well, and cook for another minute.

  6. Pour in a little water to create a sauce, then add the boiled macaroni.

  7. Mix everything together, adjust seasoning, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

  8. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander or mint.

  9. Optional: Stir in a little cream or grated cheese for a creamier texture.
